Beef Hash a la Normandy


3 onions                              
½ cup cooked potatoes
1 Tbsp. fat                           
½ cup rich meat stock
2 cups cold boiled beef  
Salt and pepper
Cube the onions and sauté them in the fat until brown. Slice the beef and add the onions, then add the potatoes and stock. Season and cook about fifteen minutes.
