Ingredients:
1/3 lb. ground beef
1/3 lb. ground pork
1/3 lb. ground veal
1 (28 ozs.) can tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 small onion
1 medium carrot
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. rosemary OR 1 tsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
1 1/4tsps. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 ozs. spaghetti
½ cup parmesan cheese.
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except spaghetti and parmesan cheese. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. Prepare spaghetti as usual and drain well. Arrange cooked spaghetti on serving dish. Pour prepared sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
