Pork Liver Loaf


1 lb. pork liver                   
1 egg
1 onion                    
1½ Tbsps. flour
Parsley                                 
Salt and pepper
1 cup milk               
            Nutmeg
Mince the liver, onion, and parsley together until they are very fine. Add the milk and egg, flour and seasonings. Mix well, shape into a loaf, place in a baking-pan and bake in a moderate oven (35 F.) for an hour and a quarter.
