Chicken and Noodles



4 chicken legs cut in pieces
3 Tbsps. butter or margarine
¼ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2cup diced onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1- 14 ozs can spaghetti sauce
12 ozs. extra broad noodles
¼ cup parmesan; or romano cheese.
In fry pan brown chicken pieces in butter. Add wine or chicken broth, onion, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently 10 minutes or until wine evaporates.
Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer, covered, 15- 20 minutes until chicken is tender.
Prepare extra broad noodles in usual manners.
Pour prepared sauce over noodles in saving dish. Sprinkle with parmesan; or romano cheese. Arrange chicken on top. 4-6 servings.
