2 Tbsps. diced onion
1 clove garlic cut in half
2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
1-7 ozs. can Tuna
14 ozs. spaghetti sauce
16 ozs. spaghetti, (thin spaghetti)
2 Tbsps. minced parsley
1. In fry pan sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil and Tbsp. oil reserved from tuna.
2. Add tuna and spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Prepare Spaghetti. Drain.
4. Pour prepared sauce over cooked spaghetti. Mix thoroughly. Garnish with minced parsley. 6-8 servings.
