1 pound medium raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 Tbsps. cooking oil
2 stalks celery cut at an angle, 1/4 in thick
1 cup Sweet and sour sauce No.2
1/4 cup chicken broth
1. Combine the shrimp, garlic, ginger, and white pepper in a bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add the oil, swirling to coat the sides. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Add the celery; stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the Sweet and Sour Sauce and the chicken broth; cook until the sauce boils and reduces slightly. Add the pine apple and return the shrimp to the wok; stir to coat well.
